Dear reader,
When I opened Rowan Pellis in 2006, skin was too often treated as a surface to sell to, not an organ to care for. I had spent years in hospital dermatology, where I watched patients arrive after a decade of products that never worked, because no one had looked at the cause.
So we built something quieter: every visit begins with diagnosis, and every plan follows one rule — do the least that achieves the most.
